Legal terms for a timeline under protection.

These terms govern temporal defense services, causality protection, and all deployments that may affect public history. By using ChronoShield services, you accept the obligations below.

1. Temporal Usage Agreement

  1. ChronoShield technology may only be used to preserve timeline integrity.
  2. Reverse engineering, unauthorized manipulation, or paradox generation is prohibited.
  3. All deployments must be authorized under Directive 7-T or equivalent law.
  4. Transfers to third parties require approval and appropriate clearance.

2. Causality Warranty

Coverage

Standard countermeasures are designed for Class-1 through Class-6 QTDE events under normal operating conditions.

Limits

Class-7 incidents and broader restoration work may require separate authorization and fees.

Liability

ChronoShield is not liable for paradoxes produced by client actions outside approved protocols.

Restoration

Timeline restoration coverage is limited by the scope of the affected branch and verified incident logs.

3. Governing Law

All disputes are resolved under the Chronology Protection Convention, the UN Temporal Accords, and applicable national temporal defense legislation. In branch conflicts, verified restoration protocol and council arbitration govern final authority.

These terms are effective across recognized timeline sectors and may only be changed through approved restoration channels.
